A considered way to work together.
Clear ownership and measured changes make hosting easier to manage over time.
Define the remit.
We put the service scope, resource provisions, care responsibilities and commercial terms in a proposal. Ambiguity is resolved before accepting the work.
Understand dependencies.
DNS, mail, plugins and external services can be just as important as the visible website. A hosting change starts by identifying what depends on what.
Retain a way back.
Recovery copies and rollback decisions belong in the plan. Backup availability does not remove the need to review what a restore would overwrite.
Keep responsibilities visible.
Your designer, developer or internal team may retain part of the work. We describe the hand-offs and distinguish hosting support from development requests.
A note on geography and commitments.
Canadian hosting options are available. Exact hosting location and any special data-location requirements are confirmed in the proposal. We do not imply that all suppliers, support systems or communications remain in one country.
Website copy is not an uptime guarantee, compliance certification or service-level agreement. Any such commitment must be expressly stated in an accepted written agreement.
